Have you ever felt like you don't fit the traditional career mold? Like you're supposed to have one passion, one path, find a good employment, get promoted, climb the ladder, be “successful” but you're just... not wired that way?

Well, then I want to welcome you to From A to C.

This is not a place for doing things the conventional way. This is a place for choosing your own way. A place to have conversations around sovereignty, solopreneurship and spirituality. 

I’m Anna, also known as Carrysdotter which is the name of my brand. It means Carry’s daughter in Swedish as I named my company after my father. So From A to C I will be a place where I share personal anecdotes and experiences as well as thoughts, ideas, guidance, and inspiration around my work as a career and business mentor. 

Nothing is off limits if it can help or inspire, I will share it with you. 

So quickly a go through of the three S’s:

Stepping into Sovereignty

Sovereignty - this is the core of everything I do in both my work and my life. I will actually have an episode on the subject of sovereignty where I go much deeper into this, but you could say sovereignty is my passion project. I am passionate about helping people forge their own paths instead of following others. 

I’ve always been independent, I’m an Aries after all, but over the years I’ve tried to fit into a lot of different molds, especially in my career, but to be honest I’ve failed. It goes against my nature. 

So that led me to S number 2 - solopreneurship.

The Journey of Solopreneurship

I started my own business in 2021, having zero experience (I’ve always been employed), and it’s been a RIDE to say the least. As hard as it’s been it’s been equally rewarding and I feel so passionate about helping people take that same leap and start their own business as well. 

Being an entrepreneur is the ultimate state of sovereignty, but sovereignty isn’t just about freedom it’s also about taking responsibility for yourself. Expect stories from my own experience but also from guests. 

I see this yearning in others, but I also see this shift in the collective. After the pandemic forced us all to pause and reflect on what we actually wanted from life and work, something shifted. Even though many companies have pulled everyone back to "normal," that seed of wanting something different is still there. People are waking up to the fact that most employment structures don't honor how different we actually are so they crave the kind of sovereignty that entrepreneurship provides. 

And this shift toward sovereignty? It's becoming more critical as AI reshapes how we work and the work force as we know it.

Exploring Spirituality in Business

Ok so the 3rd S - Spirituality. Spirituality can mean different things to different people. In my case, and on this show, I refer to my own sense of spirituality but also the spiritual systems that are tools I use in my work and they are Human Design, Astrology and the Gene Keys.

This powerful trio of tools can help us understand ourselves profoundly and in combination with practical strategies truly provide total personal clarity and also a formula for long-lasting transformation. So expect more information and insights on spirituality and how these systems can support you.
